Here you will find important forms, handbooks and information for Camp Kids Academy. Please refer to your handbook for all questions you may have concerning illness, medications, tuition, standards of practice and requirements of Camp Kids Academy.

Also, please find below a copy of the 4 rotating menus that Camp Kids uses. If your child is learning to eat solid foods or has a food allergy, we ask that you print out the menus,  make the necessary changes, and give them to a staff member at the center.

 New Medication Form
**IMPORTANT - we can not administer medication under a "blanket" or "as needed" dosage times. The medication has to be in original container and clearly marked. Camp Kids dispenses medications at 10am and 2pm. See management if your child needs medication outside those time. *WE ASK THAT MEDICATION BE PLACED IN A ZIPLOCK BAG WITH THE MEDICATION FORM COMPLETELY FILLED, AND HANDED TO THE TEACHER WHEN YOUR CHILD IS DROPPED OFF.
